We stayed here for two nights in August when we visited Brest. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. It was the hottest week of the year, reaching 35 degrees and the air conditioning was very welcome. Breakfast is traditional continental and tasty. The reception is not manned all the time, but there is a vending machine for drinks and snacks. The only downside was that it took a while to book and open the parking gate as there was no one to ask. Parking is secure, we were on motorbikes so we were very happy with that. It's only a 5 minute walk to the harbor with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The city center or Oceanopolis (see other review) can be reached by taxi or by taking a bus. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel.
